The Ethics Hotline is dedicated
to realizing the ethical values of SFA and its affiliates. We welcome reports on misconduct and
ethical violations by SFA members, as well as a wide range of suggestions to improve irrational
practices or policies. The anonymity and confidentiality of all informants are strictly protected in
accordance with relevant regulations.
Ethics reporting hotline is a system in which corporate stakeholders(employees, employees of partner companies, customers, and shareholders) can report unethical and illegal activities committed by employees of SFA and its affiliates or suggest improvements required for Ethical Standards of the company.
As you report a claim or complaint, our audit team starts an investigation. We strictly observe the confidentiality of any content on the report and the anonymity of the reporter(suggester). In case you send us any types of claims or suggestions in terms of ethical management, we will answer them as soon as possible and make improvements as much as possible.
